We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Distribution Manager to join our client, an ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai. As the Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for managing the distribution channels and inventory for the property.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, to optimise revenue and ensure maximum occupancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to drive revenue and increase market share.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key distribution partners
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and enhance distribution efforts.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to make datadriven decisions and optimize distribution channels.
  • Ensure inventory and availability are accurate and uptodate across all distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with revenue management and sales teams to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with distribution agreements and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and tour operators.
  • Experience with revenue management and pricing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to travel as necessary.
