We are seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to join our Revenue team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the success of our resort.
Key Responsibilities- Database Management: Build and manage database information for Central Reservation Systems, Interfaces, onward distribution platforms, and Online Travel Agency (OTA) extranets.
- Rate Parity Management: Manage and monitor rate parity across all channels through Distribution Intelligence Tool and work closely with Sales to ensure a channel-agnostic approach and enforce parity.
- OTA and DMC Management: Manage the implementation of OTAs, tour operators, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) on various distribution platforms.
- System Maintenance: Develop distribution system standards and procedures, set up and maintain ancillaries-related systems, and ensure data quality through system maintenance and audits.
- Revenue Strategy: Identify best opportunities and technical ways for reservations direct delivery into Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) for Tour Operators, DMCs, third-party websites, and external guests.
- Partner Management: Maintain close relationships and collaboration with third-party partners, develop revenue strategies, and manage OTA content and strategies implementation based on reporting insights.
- Training and Development: Train Sales and Front Office teams to understand revenue management principles and their roles, provide guidance and support to hotel colleagues on revenue management processes and procedures, and conduct training sessions to enhance revenue awareness and understanding across the organization.
- Distribution Channel Management: Manage Distribution Channels Daily operation, set targets and timelines for implementation tasks, troubleshoot, and provide hotel assistance.
- Business Analytics: Apply Business Analytics for comprehensive reporting and decision-making, and foster a collaborative and high-performance revenue culture across related areas.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a managerial position.
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of Central Reservation Systems, Interfaces, onward distribution platforms, and OTA extranets.
- Skills: Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making, with above-average Excel knowledge and ability to work under pressure.
- Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Communication & Revenue Management, and Front Desk team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Revenue Analytics and have a proven track record of previous employment within the Revenue and Distribution field. Excellent written and spoken communication skills are required.
