We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Distribution Manager to join our team at StellaStays Inc.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our presence across online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), search engines, and direct booking channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distribution channels, revenue management principles, and pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage StellaStays' presence on OTAs, GDS, search engines, direct booking channels, and wholesale channels.
  2. Ensure visibility and competitiveness with accurate content, prices, and availability.
  3. Monitor room availability, rates, and restrictions to optimize pricing and control inventory.
  4. Keep an eye on local events and market dynamics to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  5. Implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotions to maximize revenue.
  6. Analyze channel performance to identify income-boosting opportunities unique to StellaStays.
  7. Develop and implement rate strategies tailored to market demand, competitor landscape, and local events.
  8. Utilize StellaStays' preferred channel managers, revenue management systems, and online booking engines.
  9. Explore emerging platforms and technologies customized for distribution needs.
  10. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information tailored to StellaStays' operations for efficient decision-making.
  11. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and local events to inform pricing strategies.
  12. Work closely with sales, performance marketing, and other departments to align e-distribution strategies.
  13. Collaborate with on-ground teams to execute pricing strategies effectively across all locations.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of distribution channels, revenue management principles, and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in channel management tools, revenue management systems, and online booking engines.
