We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our PRO and Accounts department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our internal departments support our employees while conforming to labour laws.

Responsibilities
-
Assist the PRO in various tasks including:

  • Keeping employee database up to date
  • digitally filing personnel records for all staff
  • Keeping the company vehicles database up to date digitally filing vehicle documents and insurance policies and maintaining service schedules and monitoring SALIK payments.
  • Maintaining all company insurance policies and legal documents
  • Arrange employee flight tickets

Assist the GM with various tasks including:

  • First port of call to assist all employees with any HR related issues

Assist The Accounts Department:

  • Maintaining employee attendance records and share figures with accounts department for payroll purposes.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistantor relevant role
  • Experience with HR software
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
  • Education certificate in Human Resources or relevant field

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
