Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our internal departments support our employees while conforming to labour laws.
Responsibilities
-
Assist the PRO in various tasks including:
- Keeping employee database up to date
- digitally filing personnel records for all staff
- Keeping the company vehicles database up to date digitally filing vehicle documents and insurance policies and maintaining service schedules and monitoring SALIK payments.
- Maintaining all company insurance policies and legal documents
- Arrange employee flight tickets
Assist the GM with various tasks including:
- First port of call to assist all employees with any HR related issues
Assist The Accounts Department:
- Maintaining employee attendance records and share figures with accounts department for payroll purposes.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistantor relevant role
- Experience with HR software
- Thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
- Education certificate in Human Resources or relevant field
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months
Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
