A Company in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE is looking to hire the following:

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for an HR & Administrative Executive.

The Administrative Executive will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling attendance and billing, and managing staff members.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Experience in office management and administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in the paper and/or recycling industry is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP or relevant Human Resource and Administrative software.
  • Capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment and handling pressure.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Process leave, leave salary, airfare, loans, and other employee requests.
  • Maintain and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).
  • Oversee local staff and Emiratization initiatives.
  • Administer various insurances including medical group insurance, workmen compensation, vehicle insurance, PAR, PLL, money, and fidelity coverage.
