We are reaching out to inform you about an urgent opportunity to join our team as an HR Officer at Al Taqwa Group of Companies.

We are in search of a highly skilled individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically as an HR Officer.

This role demands expertise in HR functions and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

Key Requirements:

  • Only UAE Nationals preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically as an HR Officer, demonstrating proficiency in HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Strong multilingual skills, with fluency in [list languages required or preferred].
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management activities, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives and resolve employee issues or conflicts as needed.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
