We are a group of companies based in Sharjah & Umm Al Quwain is seeking an HR / Admin with minimum of 2 years of experience in a role.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer kills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to work in a challenging team environment under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist wit day to day operations of the R functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executive.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulation
  • Payroll preparation by providing relevant date ( absences, leaves, etc)
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Knowledge in visa process.
  • Manage office supplies and place order as per the requirements in an efficient manner.
