Sales Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Manage and update client databases.
Prepare and process sales contracts and documents.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and financial reporting.
Utilize MS Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for sales tracking and financial analysis.
Support real estate transactions and maintain organized records.
Communicate with clients and other stakeholders professionally.
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
Basic accounting skills.
Real estate experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
