Scarlett Poppies is a fast-growing brand of ready-to-wear and resort wear that is designed and crafted by artisans who are dedicated to creating eternal styles. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai and report to the Sales Manager.

As a Sales Administrative Assistant at Scarlett Poppies, your responsibilities will be coordinating wholesale sales efforts, both domestically and internationally, extending to maintaining our Dubai showroom & sample collections, and exploring new market opportunities. This role may require travel to attend trade shows and other events. Excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of fashion products are essential for success in this role.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in English languages, and experience in wholesale is a must. The ability to multitask and work independently is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports, and managing correspondence.

·Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.

·Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information in the CRM system.

·Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and invoices.

·Coordination: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless processing of sales orders and delivery of products.

·Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and presentations to support the sales team in tracking performance and identifying trends.

·Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and the warehouse to ensure product availability.

·Event Planning: Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

·Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related field is a plus.

·Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment.

Skills:

·Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

·Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
