Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruitment Administration: Assist with the preparation of job descriptions, interview guides, and other recruitmentrelated documents. Help with drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth transition for newly hired employees. Assist with the completion of preemployment checks and documentation, as needed.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist HR staff with specified projects, such as planning company events
- Provide customer service, both inperson and by telephone; screen and direct telephone calls;
- Process personnel action forms and maintain personnel records to ensure timely performance
- Assist new colleague to do Human Resources housekeeping like fillingup all forms.
- Incharge for Birthday celebrator and arrange some gift for them
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of current recruitment practices and trends.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Salary:
AED4, AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
