Internal function

  • Update ZDLM details and Keep record of all ZDLM created in the Logisys,
  • Booking the Cost relevant cost in the Logisys related DM payment and handover to Finance team
  • Booking Service Charges in the Logisys System.
  • When needed, create new supplier account in Dubai Municipality.
  • Liaise with Dubai Municipality for Waste Disposal
  • Creating Invoices for Permits cost booking through Logisys

Skills & Attributes

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experiences for foods importation and working experiences with Dubai municipality laws and regulations
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with operating personnel
  • Expertise in customs & Dubai municipality, Ministry of Climate Change and Environment laws and regulations of the country
  • Ability to work independent of direct supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and advocacy skills
