Ricoh International is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Global Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial operations in the Middle East. As a pivotal player in our Global Major Accounts division, you'll be the central point of contact, coordinating all commercial opportunities within our Business Partner channel. What's on your agenda?

As the Ricoh Global Sales Manager for the Middle East, you will:

Manage Commercial Activities: Oversee day-to-day operations within the RIBV+RMEF SMA, RGS, IAO, and all other direct contracts. Act as the primary contact to protect and grow current and future revenue streams.

Implement Contracts: Execute Ricoh Global Services (RGS) contracts and cross-border opportunities with Distributor Partners locally. Work closely with Business Managers and the RGS account team to achieve budget targets related to hardware, software, and professional services revenue.

Develop Opportunities: Establish and facilitate new business opportunities related to the International Accounts Office tender portal and maintain existing contracts

Account Management: Manage direct contracts in the UAE and wider Middle East region, including the execution of the Etihad contract and exploring cross- and upsell opportunities.

Key Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with multi-national key client accounts and designated distributors.

Project Coordination: Participate in relevant projects and ensure all procedures and processes are followed for optimal contract implementation and execution.

What's makes you stand out?

Knowledge & Education: Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing, with additional international sales and marketing courses. Industry certifications like CompTIA are a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in direct or indirect sales in Office Automation & MDS, including managing international major accounts. Familiarity with document workflow analysis, supply chain processes, competitor analyses, and tender processes.

  • Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Customer and goal-oriented with the ability to maintain objectivity.
  • Sensitive to organizational dynamics and multicultural environments.
  • Team player who is self-initiating and highly motivated.
  • Strong numeracy, qualitative, and analytical skills.
