Ø Significant experience in Sales or Customer Service call center roles (outbound calls to leads to convert to customers)

Ø Experience in healthcare sector is preferred

Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build and maintain a positive relationship with customers

Ø Ability to convince potential customers on the phone or through written communication (mostly WhatsApp)

Ø Reliable with a passion for Sales & Customer service

Ø Driven, energetic and willing to learn fast

Ø High degree of flexibility and responsiveness to quickly react to customer queries

Duties and responsibilities_

Ø Call Arabic
- or English
- speaking patients who have expressed an interest in our weight loss treatment

Ø Respond to patients in Arabic or English in writing (mostly WhatsApp)

Ø Monitor different channels as new customers reach out to our clinic and quickly take initiative to engage the customer on the phone or Whatsapp

Ø Support patients with any questions or support they require to assist their medical treatment
