Our office in Abu-Dhabi is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position and offer a competitive salary of 1100.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, providing administrative support to the team. The Office Administrator will be required to perform many tasks, such as: managing documents, filing records, updating databases, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.

The successful person must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks efficiently in order to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as the person may work closely with clients and other stakeholders. They must also possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
