  • Handling entire HR/PR related workers ie visa renewal new employment visa medical certificates attestations with Immigration & Emri Deewan (Generally Translate English to Arabic)
  • Preparing staff/workers salary pay sheet by coordinating with HR and accounts dept.
  • Vehicle Fleet management.
  • Driver allocation and Overtime Calculations.
  • Preparing Insurance claims of vehicle accident cases and follow up with insurance company.
  • Preparing Insurance claims of site accidents, sick workers and coordinating with hospital
  • Handling death case of an employee, handling all activities such as embalming, ticketing, court and police procedure, embassy procedure etc. until sent the human remains to the home country.
  • Hiring new employees by coordinating with Manager and HR dept.
  • Handling /Assist in Renewals of Trade license & Civil Defense Contract
  • Handling insurance for Staff/ Workers
  • Arranging quotations and assisting for the Uniforms for safety staffs and project staffs & Workers.
  • Handling FEWA works for electric connections & disconnections and reimbursement of deposit amounts.
  • Coordinating with bank for opening bank accounts for workers and assisting account department in collecting cheque and deposit cash to bank and withdrawal of cash salary.
  • Arrange employee travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Having Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, and SAP specifically)
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Handling the Internal /External Audit For ISO
  • Handling the process of renewal of fire rated doors certificates
