Demi Chef is tasked with carrying out the production of all dishes, preparing the required mise-en-place, and ensuring the proper handling and storage of food as it relates to the Central Kitchen.

Role Summary

  • Prepare and present highquality dishes in adherence to company guidelines.
  • Keep all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring there is no crosscontamination.
  • Prepare misenplace for relevant menus, ensuring proper organization and efficiency.
  • Ensure food is of high quality and stored correctly.
  • Assist other departments as needed, maintaining positive working relationships.
  • Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues promptly.
  • Follow instructions and recommendations from immediate superiors to complete daily tasks.
  • Check the quantity and quality of items ordered from stores, ensuring proper storage and usage following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
  • Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team.

Job Types:

AED3, AED3,900.00 per month
