Responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with the organisation's business goals and objectives.
  • Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
  • Create AESG Employee brand by supporting various recruitment and nationalisation schemes.
  • Assist with marketing collateral, and presentations are created according to branding standards and distributed.
  • Manage Social media accounts and track engagement.
  • Develop and maintain the company intranet, focusing on improving internal crossoffice communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist all websiterelated topics such as optimising website structure, SEO, content.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or similar field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of working experience in marketing or similar sector.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn & Twitter), SEO and Data Analytics
  • Photo/Video creation and editing
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Brand and Reputation management
  • Knowledge of data analysis and market research
  • Can work independently
