Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to generate leads and stay current on market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the medical equipment industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid UAE driving license.
