Role and Responsibility

  • Drive the Marketing activities on the assigned Modern Trade Channel.
  • Monitoring sales and distribution performance and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Product development team internally to consistently improve the Product and update Marketing situation & activities.
  • Lead the Business Plan with Customers and Incorporate customers' objectives, strategy, and the same ultimate Sales goal.
  • Present Marketing activities and set the Premium product for the assigned Modern Trade Channel.
  • Present a New Product for the assigned Modern Trade Channel identified the benefit compared with a competitor.
  • Regularly visiting stores to identify areas of improvement.
  • Control, follow up, collect marketing activities, Promotion Postevaluation, and Marketing expenses for reporting every month.
  • Monitoring sales and distribution performance by item, executing, and driving effective promotion.
  • Follow up / Coordinate purchased order, Delivery, Recurring, and Credit note.
  • The cost estimate, Point out the invoice Receipt and other financial documents to the Accounting.
  • Improve Customer Engagement to develop the Customer Partnership, as well as acquire new customers.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE Experience.
  • Should have experience in managing FMCG modern trade customers such as Carrefour, LULU, Giant, etc. Experience with Consumer Goods / FMCG Industry/ in Modern Trade channel is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree is a must
  • Should have Marketing Knowledge and Market situation.
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Ability to Present Market activities and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Good problem solving & Decision making
  • Good Command of English Communication
  • Computerliterate; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel
