Operational Systems and Procedures
TMS Processes
- Global implementation of Process Requirements and alignment with Global Stakeholders
- Global Governance of Operational Standards and Compliance Metrics
- Development of Functional requirements for Transport Management Systems in Cooperation with Global Air and Ocean Freight, Corporate IT
- Provision of content towards Corporate Training Concept
TMS Change Management Initiative
- Conduct/Support of Change Management Initiative
- Organization of TMS deployment preparation and readiness in regional DP World Countries
- Support development of country specific CMI Master plan
- Provide guidance to regional decision making process on
