Provide technical support, including dealing with technical problems, maintenance operations, and device upgrades.Raise incidents to Support-Helpdesk/R&D Support team in case production issues arise from key activities, then follow up and get back to the client. Interact with various levels of internal and external stakeholders both in written and verbal forms.Act as the technical point of contact to provide training to partners and customers, handling customer complaints or any major incidents.Assist in improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards for your organization or local team.Partially responsible for security & cloud-computing design, implementation, and support of SANGFOR products.Professional Skills:Open-minded, proactive, and innovative.Passionate about client service with excellent team spirit and good communication and interpersonal skills.Preferably with 5+ years of experience in security, cloud computing product integration, or network administration.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong adaptability in cross-cultural teams.Mentor experience is a plus.Clear and articulate verbal and written skills in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
