Our longstanding UHNW client has recently relocated to Dubai from the UK and is looking for a professional, local, live-out housekeeper supervisor to work at their large, well-established private property.


This is a hands-on role for an experienced housekeeping supervisor which involves supervision of 10 household staff whilst also undertaking cleaning duties in a busy family household.

You will be a fair team player, working closely with the House Manager to supervise an efficient, organised, and conscientious team to ensure that high standards are maintained.


Key Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate a team of housekeepers
  • Rota creation
  • Monitoring of household cleaning and laundry supplies
  • Arranging efficient reordering when stocks are running low
  • Hands on housekeeping duties
  • Laundry and wardrobe management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role (private or 5* hotel)
  • Excellent team player, who can lead and motivate a team.
  • Dog Friendly
  • Loyal, committed individual
This role is a 6 days per week live-out role.

Salary:
AED 10K - 15K per month (tax free)
