As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Attendant Supervision: Direct and guide Room Attendants to ensure that all guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and hotel-floor corridors are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
  • Staff Training and Development: Supervise, train, and retrain existing and new staff to ensure that established cleaning standards are met and that staff are equipped to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Room Assignment and Allocation: Be responsible for proper Room Attendant assignments, ensuring that all rooms are fully accomplished and that extra duties are allocated as needed to ensure seamless service.
  • Inspections and Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of each room on your assigned floor, as well as corridors, service areas, pantries, and emergency staircases to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards.
  • Guest Requests and Complaints: Attend to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner, following up on loan items and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Control and issue stock, taking inventory to prevent pilferage and shortage, and ensuring that our housekeeping department is equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, in accordance with established company policies and procedures, to achieve overall objectives and contribute to the success of Al Bahar Hotel & Resort.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
  • Must be available to join our team immediately and be based in the UAE.
