Position Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Location Downtown, Dubai, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) in a group of companies that covers digital media, events, recruitment, and educational apps.

This is a junior position, which is be ideal for a recent graduate who is looking for exposure to various aspects of business operations and management.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact between the MD and stakeholders across the different companies.
  • Organize correspondence, prepare reports, and correspondence for the different companies.
  • Conduct research and analysis on topics to support key decisions.
  • Manage some product launches and special projects with the MD for the different companies.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business or technology or related field
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges across the different companies
