  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to achieve sales goals.
  • Participate in negotiations and contract agreements with corporate clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor the sales team's performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance their sales skills and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the used car industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market, particularly in the used car segment.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
