Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate in a relevant discipline.
- Indepth knowledge and command over Microsoft Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of various laptop brands, models, specifications, and technological trends.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about the latest advancements.
- Customercentric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend the most suitable products.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Comfortable using and explaining the features of different operating systems and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
- Effective problemsolving skills, particularly in troubleshooting common laptop issues.
Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
