Job Purpose:

We are looking for an animator who can work with their inhouse team to develop simple yet effective brand and direct response creative. This candidate must have the ability to understand different video and animation techniques how they work together within an ad unit and the specific requirements and ultimately best practice for each social and digital platform


Key Responsibilities: (What you will be responsible for)

  • Understand companys specific creative brief and develop ideas to fit each digital platform
  • Understand which design techniques would provide the most effective design/animation solution for the stated business problem.
  • Develop storyboards as required
  • Create multiple design drafts and collaborate with teams and stakeholders for final direction
  • Utilize industry animation tools or methods to finalize animation projects
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the brand and creative teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of deliverable


Skills Required (What you will need)

  • 23 years of experience drawing and animating
  • Proven ability to draw across different types of artistic styles
  • Experience implementing different animation styles including traditional animation 3D computer animation 2D vector animation and others
  • General computer literacy including experience with common operating systems (Windows MacOS) and productivity tools
  • Strong desire and ability to work collaboratively to fulfill project demands
  • Ability to work independently as needed
  • Comfort presenting and explaining animations storyboards and designs to stakeholders
  • Significant attention to detail and patience to work carefully and efficiently


Technical Abilities:

  • Illustrator
  • Photoshop
  • Indesign
  • Adobe Premiere
  • Adobe After Effect
  • 3d studio max Maya Lightwave Softimage and Cinema 4D are a plus
