- Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals, bids, and contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and implement initiatives to maximize revenue streams and profitability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business development performance, regularly evaluating progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical business practices in all business development activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company strategies and objectives.
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience 59 years in a similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a track record of driving successful business development initiatives.
- Indepth knowledge of the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, including industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in leading and developing highperforming teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
