The Role:

  • Daily sales audit and reconciliation with POS report and bank deposit.
  • Catering Sales tracking
  • Inventory management by monthly physical count.
  • Maintain PDC register and assure that we have sufficient funds before the due date.
  • Checking of online media sales like Zomato, Talabat & Deliveroo etc.
  • Prepare supplier payments as per aging.
  • Keep record of all the prepaid expenses like deposits, rent and insurance etc.
  • Cost analysis on monthly basis and meeting with Head of Accounts to reduce the costs and wastage.
  • Maintain Petty Cash and head office expenses.
  • Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests
  • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
  • Prepare payments.
  • Prepare and perform check runs
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions
  • Prepare analysis of accounts
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Correspond with suppliers and respond to inquiries
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits
  • Maintain accurate historical records
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or related field.
  • Sapaad POS ( Basic Knowledge ) Xero Accounting Experience must.
  • Experience in Restaurants or Hospitality is a MUST
  • Good exposure on GL reconciliation and VAT filling.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Organizational & time management skills
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Experience with ERP is preferred

Job Types:

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
