Dubai Holding Entertainment owns the largest radio network in the region. Arabian Radio Network (ARN) is the most dynamic multiplatform broadcaster in the UAE and is at the forefront of innovation. It provides advanced in-studio cameras, broadcasting on-air, online on smartphone apps and the Apple TV platform. Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Events Sales Manager at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you will take on key responsibilities that include:

Financial Responsibilities

  • Contribute to achieving departmental revenue goals.
  • Support the department head in preparing weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Ensure monthly KPI's and business objectives are implemented and achieved as per strategy and report on variances
  • Stay within the allotted segment marketing/expense budget and where possible propose or make savings

Operational Responsibilities

  • Working with agencies and destination marketing team and consumer sales on promotions and activations
  • Contributing to key areas for improvement in the sales process
  • Detailing accountable sales segments and consumption habits and needs.
  • Support in actions towards deployment of the rates and partner activations and communication to the businesses
  • Participating in weekly meetings with other team members to ensure alignment and the smooth execution of operations and deliverables.
  • Engaging in calls, site visits, networking to introduce the venues and promote the attractions whenever possible.

Business Planning

  • Identify together with Head of Events new business opportunities, develop and execute a clear sales plan to increase business across Ain Dubai and Ain Dubai Plaza.
  • Plan client meetings and report on meeting outcome via our CRM tools available.
  • Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
  • Identify and leverage relevant Trunk Shows and exhibitions to establish our venues as premier choices for concerts, corporate, festivals and wedding events.
  • Identify potential partnerships and package deals to expand the range of sellable tickets and venues for Dubai Holding Entertainment assets.

People Management:

  • Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated.
  • Ensure colleagues and partners are timely informed of changes and developments within the sales department to maintain a smooth communication and guest experience.

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales/events/marketing.
  • 3- 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong client relationship, negotiation & sales campaign .
