The SAP MDG ApplicationSupport Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for SAPMaster Data Governance (MDG) module and related systems.

The candidateexpected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot,diagnose, and resolve technical issues, as well as ensure that the systemsare maintained to meet business requirements

Responsibilitiesinclude:
Provide technicalsupport and guidance for SAP MDG and related systems
Collaborate withbusiness and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in atimely manner
Analyze and debug ABAPcode related to SAP MDG and other relevant modules
Maintain and supportintegrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems
Monitor systemperformance and proactively identify and address issues
Develop and maintaintechnical documentation and support materials
Participate in thetesting of enhancements and new features to ensure system stability andcompatibility
Work with vendors andconsultants to resolve complex technical issues
Implement and supportSAP MDG solutions for master data domains such as Material, Customer,Vendor, Finance, and HR
Work on SAP MDGconfiguration and data modeling to resolve data quality issues, defectraised by business stakeholders
Provide service desksupport for data related requests and issues, including assistance withuser queries and clarifications, defects resolution, and new requirements RequirementsEXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years ofexperience in Data Governance application support or related field
Knowledge of integrationbetween Data Governance Tool (SAP) and other SAP and non-SAP systems
Experience inimplementing UAE data governance processes is a plus EDUCATION Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field KEY SKILLS Ability of ABAPprogramming and debugging
Deep understanding ofSAP HANA database structure and SAP Fiori
Usage of Data migrationand data quality management tools
Solid understanding of Roles and Authorization (GRC) Accessmanagement and practical skill in creating/ managing roles
Change management and transport management FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES SAP S4HANA specific incustomer, vendor, financial, and material master objects
