Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support services for software applications to our organization's employees
  • Technical support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Dynamics 365, CRM, and POS systems
  • Expertise in report development in ERP D365 system, Business Intelligence (BI) report development, Power Platform data export and import
  • Proficient in mobile app and web applications development
  • Technical experience in.NET, ADO.Net, X D365 workflow, Visual Studio, SQL Server, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge in managing Azure and AWS servers
  • Coordinate with vendors to implement and train internal users
  • Provide first-level support to users and manage ERP applications to ensure they are up and running
  • Maintain existing software, hardware, and upgrade systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Information Technology, Electronics, and Communication Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology) or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Application Developer and Technical Support in the UAE or outside the UAE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, exchange, and database maintenance and system security

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Application Developer and Technical Support experience: 5 years (required)
  • Hospitality experience: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (IT/ECE/B.TECH) (required)
