Job Summary of Secretary
- Assist in providing all supporting documents, information, and other reports as assigned by Managing Director / Owner of the Company
- Responsible for all secretarial duties and administrative tasks all correspondences and other documents
- Letter writing
- Make presentations for the meetings
- Receive and screen phone calls
- Creating and maintaining a filing system
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Keeping diaries and setting up appointments
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Presentation skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
- A pleasant and confident telephone manner
- Reliability and honesty
- Computer Literate
- Work fast and commit to the deadline with high accuracy and neat
- Be able to work both independently or as a team and could handle multitasking
