Develop and drive execution of the regional sales strategies for new business acquisitionMeet or exceed sales targets and growth goals for managed territoriesDefine and coordinate sales training programsMotivate and engage sales reps to achieve revenue targets.
Able to solve complex problems by primarily leveraging the systems and tools currently available to the organization.
Implement selling strategies to drive consistency and velocity throughout the sales process.
Measure and analyze key performance indicators to drive improved performance and accountability.
Grow & develop a team of inside sales managers and reps, guiding the team on best practices for their role, performance management, and sales strategy execution.
Required Experience:
English, Arabic language proficiencyUniversity Degree5+ years experience Inside Sales ManagementStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to deliver difficult messages while emphasizing a positive, future-oriented perspective.
Strong ability to excite, engage and influence through demonstrated leadershipProven track record of enterprise software salesDemonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, motivate and retain successful employeesDesired background in selling SAP technology solutions.
Deep consultative selling expertise in the SAP Technology eco-system, with a particular track record in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy/Power, Chemicals, Utilities, CPG, and Retail sectors.
