  • Follow up on the revenues and expenses of the association on a daily basis._
  • Preparing periodic and nonperiodic financial reports for the project._
  • Register entries for incoming and outgoing transfers and checks in the bank's accounts._
  • Recording settlement entries and salary entries disbursed by the bank._
  • Preparing bank vouchers and issuing checks._
  • Maintain an updated archiving system for financial reports and employee employment contracts._
  • Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliation._
  • Follow up on auditing, administrative and financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner._
