The Account Director will be responsible for managing large-scale global accounts and nurturing client relationships while growing existing accounts in the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Group Account Director to coordinate, execute, and control production projects.
  • Ensure successful completion of projects through day-to-day activities with production hubs.
  • Take ownership of ensuring consistency with project commitments and goals.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team serving regional and global clients.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing brands and agency new business efforts.
  • Act as a point of escalation for the creative marketing team and reconcile production differences with client concerns.
  • Foster strong partnerships with other project leads while overseeing project timelines and planning.
  • Represent production in the eyes of the client and educate clients and team members.
  • Take responsibility for all production relationships and processes globally, ensuring consistency with existing commitments and goals.
  • Cooperate with stakeholders from the client-side, Agency account managers, and production teams to ensure all agreed work is delivered to the client in high quality and within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
  • Proactively identify opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies and engage the appropriate stakeholders prior to making any changes.
  • Requires a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, with 8-10 years of experience running client accounts and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and client management skills, supported by strong technical and digital background.
  • A strategic, motivated, positive, experienced multi-team manager with operational solid production and project management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience managing and growing a team within the corporate or Agency space.
  • Organized, adaptable, and outstanding with client services and communication.
  • Experience working as a Production Manager, Production Lead, or another key managerial production position at a creative agency, media, or digital agency.
