Candidate Requirements:

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1):
  • Marketing Research Initiatives: Gather, monitor, and analyze information on global energy industries and economies related to the oil industry.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on oil & gas markets, including historical, current, and projected data.
  • Forecast prices for ADNOC hydrocarbon products and assist in evaluating sales opportunities and business openings in new markets.

  • Budgets: Provide input for budgets and assist in implementation to deliver objectives.
  • Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures: Implement approved policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Design and implement new tools and techniques for operational efficiency.
  • Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability: Comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Reports: Provide inputs for progress reports.
  • Internal Communications & Working Relationships: Regular contacts with management and team members.
  • External Communications & Working Relationships: Contacts with third-party service providers, suppliers, consultants, and industry experts.
Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
  • 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the Oil & Gas industry with technical sales, customer relations, and business development background.
Work Condition, Physical effort & Work Environment:
  • Physical Effort: Minimal, involving sitting, walking, standing, and computer operations.
  • Work Environment: Normal air-conditioned office environment.
