The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision for the Markets sector within Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). This position involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective management and execution of market operations.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Execution: Contribute to the realization of the strategic objectives set for the Markets division.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources and the development of work plans to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leadership Support: Assist the Director in providing guidance and leadership within the Markets team, particularly in authorization and supervisory roles.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance market practices, ensuring ADGM remains at the forefront of market infrastructure and capital market advancements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with ADGM, regional and international market participants, and other relevant stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Licensing and Supervision: Oversee the licensing and regulatory supervision of Recognised Investment Exchanges, Clearing Houses, and other market entities.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on regulatory changes and advise the Director on their implications for market operations.
- Policy Oversight: Support the Director in monitoring and implementing changes to policies and regulations affecting the team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the market industry.
- Business Development Collaboration: Work alongside the ADGM Business Development team to identify potential market participants and engage them early in the process.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks or duties as delegated by the Director.
