Key Responsibilities:- Compliance Supervision: Supervise firms' compliance with relevant rules and regulations, and conduct periodic impact/risk assessments with support from the Director/Senior Manager/Manager.
- Risk Assessment and Planning: Conduct periodic risk assessments of firms, draft supervisory work plans, and execute them, including planning and executing supervisory reviews and drafting recommendations, with support from the Director/Senior Manager/Manager.
- Prudential Analysis: Analyze the prudential condition of assigned institutions and their conduct of business, ensuring compliance with the Financial Crime Prevention framework, with support from the Director/Senior Manager/Manager.
- Deficiency Management: Identify and address deficiencies and non-compliances, ensuring timely resolution, and assist in taking prompt action against them.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with regulated institutions and other stakeholders, both internal and external to FSRA/ADGM.
- Policies and Processes: Assist in implementing policies, rules, and processes, including documentation for assigned institutions.
- Additional Tasks: Deliver additional tasks delegated from the Director/Senior Manager Supervision, and liaise with internal stakeholders as appropriate.
- Project Participation: Participate and deliver on projects allocated to the role.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
