We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Management Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, sustainability, and climate change, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Coordinate and Manage Global Events:** Develop and implement annual event and branding engagement plans for internal and external stakeholders, including global workshops, events, and conferences related to sustainability, climate change, and innovations in climate technologies.
  • **Develop Event Strategies:** Create and execute event strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, including developing scopes of work and overseeing work programs.
  • **Manage Agency Relationships:** Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • **Align and Promote Corporate Communication:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align and promote corporate communication efforts, including establishing and managing an internal communication governance system.
  • **Track and Measure Event Effectiveness:** Develop and implement metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies, including developing marketing campaigns and brand collateral.
  • **Conduct Market Research:** Conduct extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals.
  • **Support Organizational Growth:** Develop and implement content marketing and demand generation strategies that drive awareness and engagement, including developing a strategic external events calendar.

Requirements:

  • **Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • **Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, sustainability, and climate change.
  • **Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
