Technical Presales Manager | CYFIRMA Dubai

CYFIRMA combines cyber-intelligence with attack surface discovery and digital risk protection to deliver early warning, personalized, contextual, outside-in, and multi-layered insights. Our Expectations

· We expect excellent communication skills with right-level conversations and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.

· Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) able to articulate the vertical specific use cases along with business benefits of SIEM to Enterprise business/technical customers as appropriate.

· Deep understanding of cybersecurity products, services and current trends.

· Experience with cyber security processes, tools, and technologies and extensive knowledge of best practices regarding their implementation.

· Technical understanding of cyber security products, methods, and technology trends in the current market is welcome, which implies an understanding of networking, application security, SIEM, and OS in a medium to senior level capacity.

· Client-focused with a dedication to providing the highest level of support.

· Ability to prepare SIEM documents and presentations in such a way that they are easily understood by the appropriate audience.

· Knowledge required on security operations, network monitoring, threat analysis, and investigation response solutions.

· The achievement of Cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GCIA, GCIH, GCFE, and/or Security is beneficial.

· Foundational knowledge of leading public cloud platform providers (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Azure similar) is preferred.

· Proven project leadership skills in complex analytics projects, as well as experience working in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support in CYFIRMA is a supportive role for many other departments. You will be responsible to...

· demonstrate CYFIRMA products and services to customers on-site, remotely via webinars, sessions, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows.

· develop deep understanding of CYFIRMA products and Architecture.

· be the SME on published and unpublished product functionalities.

· provide advanced technical assistance to clients, including issue resolution and advance troubleshooting.

· continuously assess and optimize support processes, ensuring efficient case resolution and client satisfaction.

· understand business problems with a passion for applying technology solutions, and leveraging technology trends, to deliver results.

· interact strongly with customers upon very good written & verbal communication and troubleshooting skills.

· support our marketing activities and play a vital role in e.g., Webinars, events, round tables, etc.

Educational and professional background

· Advanced degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics, or another technical field. Qualifications

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry

· Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Support Engineer, Solution Architect, and/or client-facing

· Experience as Cyber-Security Consultant or similar with a successful track record of new business production and ability to exceed quotas.
