Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years Bachelors degreein Computer Science Information Technology or related field. 5years of experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA)with handson experience managing SQL Server 2005 SQL Server 2012SQL Server 2016 SQL Server 2017 and SQL Server 2019 environments.Strong understanding of database architecture design andadministration principles. Proficiency in database performancetuning query optimization and troubleshooting. Experience withdatabase backup and recovery strategies including full backupsdifferential backups and transaction log backups. Knowledge of highavailability and disaster recovery solutions for SQL Server such asAlwaysOn Availability Groups database mirroring and log shipping.Familiarity with database security concepts and best practicesincluding rolebased access control encryption and auditing.Experience with database automation and scripting using PowerShellTSQL or other scripting languages. Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complexdatabase issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills withthe ability to work effectively in a team environment andcommunicate technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
