Requirements:
- Graduation
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial / PA experience, assisting Chairman or Clevel Executives.
- Should have a good command of English & Arabic and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation for CEO Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for the meetings; preparing and sending minutes of the meetings accordingly.
- Coordinating various departments for matters involving the Higher Management.
