  • Ensure business process efficiency by systematically engage with UAE businesses units and functions to identify pain points and areas for improvement and demonstrate impactful identification.
  • Support in identifying a framework that lead to proactively identify the areas for improvement within the UAE business units & functions processes.
  • Handle & monitor the reports with other functions within organizational excellence which the team can rely on to capture, highlight, and lead to process improvement identification such as audit report, selfassessment reports, external & internal customer satisfaction survey
  • Supervise the process assessment/evaluation projects whenever is required either proactively or reactively based on management instructions.
  • Assist in presenting the management review meetings related business process efficiency on regular basis.
  • Monitor & update the result dashboard related to business process efficiency team which gives clear results on the team performance & KPIs.
  • Support in exploring & introducing smart solutions related to business process efficiency activities to manage the tasks more effectively and reduce the paper & manual work.
  • Support in the programs/initiative that enhance the awareness level among UAE employees related to business process efficiency activities.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as assigned by management team.
