Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationship of a group of E&C End Users local and International EPCs at Gulf Cluster level using a solution sales approach to meet sales objectives.
  • Sell integrated solutions (hardware and software products) to achieve revenue targets.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the client and the organization.
  • Inform clients of new integrated solutions offerings and recommend solutions for their business needs.
  • Coordinate bids documents and proposals preparation. May conduct product demonstrations.
  • Grow sales within the Power Systems accounts by securing order targets and maximizing revenue.
  • Build relationships with accounts, understand their needs, and demonstrate different offers.
  • Lead a strong business pipeline and continuously monitor the system.
  • Demonstrate expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and work with managers to close leads.
  • Monitor market changes, competitor products, and technology changes.
Qualifications:
  • Education preferred: Electrical Engineering degree.
  • 10 years of experience in projects and systems sales.
  • Good understanding of clients' problems, technology, and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
