Were seeking a future team member for the roleof Data & Analytics Middle East Relationship Manager(Senior Vice President) to join our Growth Ventures Data &Analytics team. This role is located in Dubai.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highlymotivated relationship manager in the Middle East. The desirablecandidate will independently develop the strategic plan formanaging and growing existing client relationships with a focus onrevenue retention revenue growth and client reference ability.Identifies opportunities to evolve client business for incrementalaccount growth. Serves in a consultative role to the clientadvising client top leadership on the best way to achieve short andlong term strategic goals. From a global bankwide perspectiveassigned moderate to large emerging client accounts with highgrowthpotential and increased complexity of strategic needs across aregion or globally. Has developed significant expertise on industrytrends competitor services/offerings and clients businessenvironment. As the client advocate is an experienced leader whohas the sphere of influence to bring the Asset Servicingorganization to these strategic clients in order to drive Data& Analytics portfolio of product and services.

In this role you will make an impact in thefollowing ways:
  • Independentlydevelops the strategic plan for managing and growing existingclient relationships with a focus on revenueretention
  • Identifies opportunities to evolveclient business for incremental accountgrowth
  • Serves in a consultative role to theclient advising client top leadership (CSuite) on the best way toachieve short and long term strategic goals. Assigned clients arekey to the business units achievement of itsgoals.
  • Act as internal/external escalationpoint for portfolio of clients leveraging Data and Analyticssolutions
  • Promotes firm services/productofferings that solve client challenges and achieve account growth.May evaluate and structure deal (pricing contract terms etc.) toascertain the optimal terms for both the client and thefirm
  • Conduct frequent and regular checkins withassigned clients ensuring their continued satisfaction andstrategic alignment with firm services/productofferings
  • Continually evaluate client needs andensure sustained client engagement
  • Provideclients with industry expertise sharing trends as well as currentand potential impact on the client businessmodel
  • Typically recommend product/serviceenhancements internally in order to fill underserved clientinterests and recommend product/services directly to theclient
  • Assess risk levels for assigned clientsand develop action plans for client retention
  • Own Data & Analytics client RAGupdates using full knowledge of client relationshipstatus
  • Engage in early stages of clientlifecycle to share ownership of key implementationdecisions
  • Develop track and report onrelationship strategy/results for assigned clientportfolio
  • Contribute to the development ofteam/unit metrics dashboards androadmaps
  • Identify and align with broader BNYMproducts and services to solve clients business problems
  • Contribute to BNYM Commercial Model andStrategic Account Plans as applicable
  • Workclosely with business development teams to ensure relationshipmanagement strategy is executed by account management and clientservice teams
  • Keep abreast of client accountactivity occurring throughout the firm and serve as the ultimateescalation point for client satisfaction
  • Workwith clients to ensure awareness of product enhancements newcapabilities and maintaining regular adoption of the latestreleases
  • Conduct service review meetings andassist in client training sharing of market information/experience.May prospect new clients in a similar industry or segment ofexisting clients. Contribute to the development of overall RMstrategies for the unit
  • May work with otherRelationship Managers and/or marshal firmwide resources (marketinglegal compliance etc.) to ensure client needs are being addressedand to proactively inform clients of industry developments or firmthought leadership
  • Recommend areas for firmthought leadership efforts based on client feedback and may deliverthought guidance feedback both internally and externally to clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences toremain visible in the market and remain current on industry trendsand competitor services/offerings
To be successful in this role were seeking the following:
  • Extensive years in RelationshipManagement Sales Client Service or Account Management in FinancialServices industry with focus on investment managers and fundcompanies
  • Bachelors degree in business or arelated discipline or equivalent work experience required; MBA orother advanced degree preferred
  • Has developedsignificant expertise on industry trends competitorservices/offerings and clients businessenvironment
