KeyResponsibilities:

  • Testand Optimize AI Tools:Lead the exploration and implementation of AIdriventools across different departments ensuring efficiency andeffectiveness in businessoperations.

  • DevelopInternal Tools & WebApps: Utilize AIto build internal tools or web applications that enhanceproductivity and address businesschallenges.

  • CreateVoice and Text Chatbots:Develop and refine AIpowered chatbots (both voice andtext) to improve customer service automate processes and increaseengagement.

  • EnhanceMarketing and Sales Processes:Use AI to optimize marketing strategies and salesfunnels boosting overall conversion rates and customersatisfaction.

  • ChampionAI Adoption: Workclosely with various teams to train guide and encourage theadoption of AIdriven processes. Become the goto expert for teammembers looking to integrate AI into their dailyworkflows.

  • Collaboratewith Senior Leadership:Partner with senior executives and leadership teams toalign AI initiatives with the company s broader strategic goalsensuring that AI tools deliver maximum businessimpact.

  • Research& Document BestPractices:Conduct indepth research on the latest AI technologiesand best practices documenting findings and building a knowledgebase for ongoing AIinitiatives.

  • Automation& WorkflowOptimization:Assist in the creation of AIdriven automation systemsthat reduce manual tasks streamline workflows and driveproductivity.

  • ShareLearnings & Impact:Consistently document progress insights and lessonslearned and share them across the business to ensure that knowledgeis transferred andscalable.



Requirements

  • Passionfor AI: Deepenthusiasm for generative AI machine learning and emergingtechnologies with the ability to quickly learn and apply newtools.
