Job Overview: We are seekinga highly skilled and organized Admin Executive Assistant to joinour dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensiveadministrative support to our executive team ensuring smooth andefficient operations. This role requires a proactive individualwith exceptional multitasking abilities strong technical skills anda keen attention to detail.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives schedulesincluding appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinateand prepare meeting materials agendas andminutes.
  • Handle confidential information withdiscretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with thepreparation of reports presentations and otherdocuments.
  • Manage communication channelsincluding emails phone calls andcorrespondence.
  • Liaise with internal andexternal stakeholders on behalf ofexecutives.

TechnicalQualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite: Advanced knowledge of Word Excel PowerPointand Outlook.
  • Familiarity withOffice Productivity Tools: Experience with toolssuch as Google Workspace (Docs Sheets SlidesCalendar).
  • CommunicationPlatforms: Experience with communication tools likeMicrosoft Teams or Zoom.
  • DocumentManagement: Ability to manage digital files and usedocument management systemseffectively.
  • DataAnalysis: Basic skills in data analysis andvisualization using Excel Google Sheets or other relevantsoftware.
  • Social MediaManagement: Basic understanding of social mediaplatforms and tools for business purposes is anadvantage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationManagement or a related fieldpreferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience inan administrative or executive assistantrole.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
  • High levelof integrity andprofessionalism.
  • Detailoriented with a strongability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexible andadaptable to changingpriorities.
