Job Overview: We're on the lookout for a highly skilled and well-organized Admin Executive Assistant to be part of our energetic team. The perfect candidate will offer comprehensive support to our executive team, ensuring seamless operations. This role calls for a proactive individual with outstanding multitasking abilities, strong technical skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives' schedules, including appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Oversee communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Office Productivity Tools: Experience with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
  • Communication Platforms: Experience with communication tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
  • Document Management: Ability to handle digital files and utilize document management systems effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Basic skills in data analysis and visualization using Excel, Google Sheets, or other similar software.
  • Social Media Management: Basic understanding of social media platforms and tools for business purposes is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent task prioritization abilities.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
