Team Intro
As an integral part of TikToks Real Estatedepartment the Smart Space team aims to provide employees with asafe convenient flexible crossborder distribution and a comfortableworking environment through innovative intelligent hardwareapplications and space resource planning. To enable continuousimprovement of employees work efficiency and experience we striveto combine TikToks mission vision and values to create our uniquesmart workspace.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible fordefining the functions and parameters of smart real estate hardwareand peripheral accessories clarifying testing requirements andensuring responsibility for user experience integration efficiencyand delivery quality.
2. Research and track industrydevelopment technological trends and market changes in theforefront of smart hardware complete requirement analysis andexplore product opportunities.
3. Independently planprototype design product processes and interaction design includingdefinition design promotion etc. and complete the writing ofrequired documents.
4. Coordinate and promote internalR&D teams and external partners to complete productdevelopment and launch on time and with high quality.
5.Independently responsible for the landing of pilot projects orsmall projects and able to serve as a project manager during theprocess.
6. Research and track industry developmenttechnological trends and market changes in the forefront of smarthardware complete requirement analysis and discover productopportunities.
Qualifications
Minimalrequirements
1. Bachelors degree or above with 3 years ofwork experience in the field of smart hardware familiar with theoverall architecture of the Internet of Things.
2.Familiar with the development process of smart hardware productsindependently formulate execution plans for each stage such asprototyping development and product.
3. Have a keenproduct sense and userdriven mindset with great sensitivity to theneeds of businessend users and the experience of customerend users.
4. Have the ability to independently manage andfacilitate projects with good communication coordination andorganizational skills.
5. Good at capturing industrytrends and market dynamics with keen business sense and insightfulproduct insights and can discover new products/new directionscombined with requirements.
6. Have a global mindset withexcellent communication skills in a crosscultural workingenvironment.

Preferred requirements
1. Experience in building and developing IoT devicesnetworks and systems is preferred. Experience or research in smartlighting sensor/vision technology office air treatment smartfurniture space resources etc. is preferred.
2. Having acertain understanding of the overall architecture of the Internetof Iot system (the typical perception layer network layer platformlayer and application layer) is preferred.
3. Experienceof developing products from 0 to 1 is preferred.
4.Experience in landing overseas projects is preferred.
